Switching / adapting the bank teller exercise in DRWT

I had a client this week who didn't know what a bank teller does. Initially, I thought that was crazy but I realized people don't go into banks nowadays !!!

It's true that people don't go to banks anymore but, we do have a lot of community banking clients so I would like to keep it as an option. A suggestion would be to a hospitality company. John is a Front Desk Agent for a hotel or maybe a host at a high-end restaurant, etc.
